Air Charter
We are based in Fort Yukon from June to September and sometimes stages flights from Arctic Village. For the remainder of the year we are based in Fairbanks and available for charter work throughout the state. I can support the activities of most visitors including researchers, backpackers or floating parties and am also available for custom flight-seeing tours.
I operate Cessna 185 aircraft on tundra-tires in the summer and skis in the winter. With these four seat aircraft you can normally plan on capacity available to you for a combined passenger and baggage weight of between 700–800 pounds (317–362 kg) with a maximum of 3 passengers per load. Normally I charge a fixed price for loads flown between various places within the Arctic or Yukon Flats Refuges and will provide a quote once I know what you require.
